"I would rate their catering service as excellent. We had them cater the food and drinks. They went up and beyond!! We had a farm wedding ceremony. From the planning phase by their catering dept to the delivery it was Fantastic. We vetted other caters and hands down they were our choice. The delivery person just did not leave pans of food. She set it up , assisted us recommending best food setup and she was delightful. This was an outside wedding /reception in November 2023 with a food tent and separate canopy wedding venue. I highly recommend and will use the Waldorf Mission BBQ again for future events. We felt they cared and treated us like it was their family wedding. Not to mention everyone at the reception asked who catered us. The food was delicious!!!! Thank you Mission BBQ!"

"A friend suggested that we try Mission BBQ months ago. I regret that it took us so long to go there. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Most of all the food is excellent. Everything tastes home cooked to perfection. We have revisited several times since the first and not a single complaint. I'll try to recall all that we have tried, and without further elaboration, you can trust that everything listed was delicious- brisket, smoked salmon, pulled chicken, smoked turkey, greens, mac n cheese and cornbread... even the tea and lemonade are delicious. The best thing is that they are a charitable organization and sales benefit veterans."

"We have stopped at quite a few Mission BBQs as we have traveled. The one in Waldorf is pretty good. The ribs here were fall off the bone tender. Otherwise it is pretty standard for a Mission BBQ. Same blueprint, same layout. Nice outside seating area. Stop on in."

"If you like BBQ you’ll like this spot. I do recommend. The mac and cheese is a hero! It was my favorite although the meats were good as well. Loved the Smokey flavors and the six different barbecue sauces you can create and mix if you like. It’s BBQ Heaven. The service was fast and the establishment was clean. The decor was a salute to honor all US servicemen and first responders. It was a nice environment. I ate the pulled pork, mac and cheese and collard greens. My party had spare ribs and their two types of brisket fatty and regular, string beans with pork and beans. The greens and string beans tasted ok they seemed like they were doctored up out of the can."
