"They will never respond to issues in your apartment. They have moved addresses multiple times without alerting tenants, who are then charged late fees because their rent checks were sent to business addresses that no longer exist. They won’t even give you the completed annual lease agreement unless you pester them repeatedly, and then often the lease isn’t even properly signed. The apartment manager is known to make racial slurs against minorities. This place is discriminatory and a scam."
"Bikes are left on the sides of the fences and have actually damaged my car when they've fallen over or when I've opened my door. Cheap flooring that management refuses to fix. Laundry room is expensive and outdated."
