"Most of the positive reviews are due to management offering free gift cards to anyone who leaves a good review. Don't believe them. Also Google removed many of the bad reviews as if people are going to review bomb an apartment building. Lot of these reviews are accurate. Never had issue with hot water but management is a dump. So many pests: mice, spiders, ants, those hairy caterpillar things that move fast. Management does nothing to help. Also, the laundry room is closed and they won't fix or reopen it. Yet, they'll increase the rent. Even when it was open, homeless people would go and sleep in there and it was not comfortable to go do the laundry. The issue with plumbing is also correct. Water takes forever to drain in sinks and tub. Only good thing is location. Near the mall, train station, grocery, etc. It has gas stove which is better than electric. Carpet instead of floor. Heat is pretty good in the winter. Other than that, not a lot of good. If they were to fix the issues mentioned above, it would be a decent place to live and I'd change the review to 3.5 stars."

"Amber has been amazing since day 1. This is my first apartment and I had no idea what I was doing. But she made the process easy and now I’m living here! Ashley was at the desk when I showed up super early (which was 100% my fault). She helped me sign my final paperwork and pay my security and rent. All in all they both were super helpful!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE ..so you remember how I said I had to remove a dead mouse from my oven, well update on that story. I have had service requests put in to patch holes set traps all of that.. there is another mouse running in my KIDS ROOM I called the emergency services right now and told the guy on the phone there is a mouse running in my kids room right now can you catch it?? And he goes no sorry wait til tomorrow and put in a request and we will get to it.. ARE THEY THAT LAZY?? I AM PAYING 2 GRAND A MONTH NOW ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE WAITING WITH PANS TO CATCH IT BECAUSE I CANT HAVE MY KIDS SLEEPING IN THE ROOM WITH A RAT"
