"My wife and I visited your restaurant 10/21/23 and was very disappointed with some of the food quality. First my wife’s Flow’s filet, it had to much pepper on top and she couldn’t taste the steak only the pepper. We brought this to the attention of server and the assistant manager promptly came to our table. We explained what the problem was and she said her hands were tied. She said corporate office drives the train on how we prepare our steaks. Second of all, all longhorn steakhouses are not ran the same, we normally visit the one in spotsylvania county VA and food quality is the best. At the manassas restaurant my wife ordered Brussel sprouts for her side and they were burnt and were very hard. Thirdly, my steak was horrible I ordered a t-bone and it looked like something you would have gotten from a third rate Restaurant like a bonanza, ihop, or sizzler restaurant. The steak had a lot of gristle throughout, I have pictures to show you. One note, the server was very professional and very nice. I truly commend his attention to these matters and quickly brought these matters to management."

"I got the Longhorn ribeye with the loaded baked potato and side Cesar Salad. Both dishes were outstanding. My steak was cooked just the way I ask, and that is usually something that doesn't happen offen. Go here if you are in the mood for a good steak and great salad as well. I will be going back soon."
