"I understand that during weekends, take-out orders may not be so welcomed or paid attention to. But it is quite annoying to receive a 6oz steak “shrinkflated” smaller than a sweet potato."
"Recently I visited this location and I found Arianna to be super helpful. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. I told her I had a few issues in the past with getting all of my items so she went through the order with me over the phone and at pickup so I felt better. She was so polite and helpful. I could tell she knew her job very well because she was so quick with everything. I usually go to the outback off Braddock but I think I'll start coming here more often now because someone actually cares about getting my order right and that means something to me. I just want to thank Arianna for her patience with my special needs(allergies)and making such an effort to make my experience a good one."
