"Tried to call to report a reckless driver that almost ran me off the interstate. No reply or response"

"Called the ETI Transportation to report hazardous driving by one of it's drivers. I was surprised that there was no staff member who handled these sort of complaints. I was sent to sales dept. While I was talking the person hung up on me. I called back and they did it again. I wanted to be absolutely certain that they were really doing this on purpose. Yep, three times, they just hung up on me in the middle of talking. I had my grandson in the car which is why I was terrified while being tailgated VERY closely, twice by the same driver. I was driving 64 mph, not fast enough I guess. Drivers have nothing to fear from the owners. They are free to treat the public however they please. The owners of this company don't even pretend like they care."

"As a former employee of this company i can say that this is definitely not a place you want to work. They will treat you well for your first 90ish day but after they adopt the mentality that the company comes first and your personal life comes second. If you want to have a life outside of work avoid this company."

"I arrive on 5th Feb 2021 at 11 am to be unload. Till 2 pm no sighn of unloading. When we call to the company and request then they empty the trailer. I am not coming back to pickup or delivery."

"This is not about the company, just more about the personnel. I am a driver and was unable find parking after leaving NYC. Eventually I did find some and it was next to this company. I was feeling sick "I never get sick, I havnt even been to the doctor in 5 years" anyways I asked a simple question " may I use your restroom?" And was turned away like a stray dog. It's not like I went to your home and asked, it's the building where you work. So now I am debating on where I should relieve myself.... I promise it won't be in my truck."
