"I chose this taxi service not based on the reviews here but by what appears to be excellent communication from the owner of this company. I can tell by the few negative reviews here that the owner shows humility and integrity when his company messes us. I understand mistakes can happen but the way this company handles those moments is the reason I booked my ride here. That said, my experience was completely positive. I scheduled last night for a ride to EWR airport this morning. The owner communicated quickly and kept me up to date on my ride. The price was fair and quoted in advance. I needed a ride to the airport and made a reservation two days before, and on the day of travel, I received texts as to the status of their arrival. In fact, my flight was delayed and even though they were almost to my house, Kusa the owner ,delayed picking me up so I didn't have to sit at the airport and came back again and got me.
