"I enjoyed working at US environmental. It had a family atmosphere. I made very good money and worked with some exceptional people."

"Horrific. Used them for carbon exchange in the spring of 2022. They drove a forklift into our filters, causing extensive damage our process piping. This necessitated numerous extra site visits by me and US Env, which I was very patient and even kind about. Then, to my astonishment, after our plant was offline for a month and the job was finally completed, US Env tried to invoice us for 56% more than originally quoted. My e-mail inquiries and voice messages were ignored. Finally, and only by circumventing the operations dept altogether, I was sure we got it sorted out, and was issued a revised invoice. Now, several weeks after the revised invoice was paid in full, US Env's AR department is hassling us for payment on the original invoice. You can't make this stuff up. These people are hacks and crooks with absolutely no redeeming qualities. Avoid!!!"

"I wanted no touch freight didn't get that , I was in the orientation for 4 days which it should have been 3 days , waiting on truck, because found last minutes the trucks need it repair. So I had to wait for 3 to 4 weeks and I don't have time to wait that long not making money. But I do like the table that they have, the IT guy that their have is a genius."

"I usually do not leave reviews . They have horrific customer service. They do not email nor call you when you contact them. Their managers are rude and their trucks are faulty. The company definitely needs retraining of their staff and truckers. I would not recommend using them at all."
