Pizza Hut 520 East Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335

"I realize this is their second weekend open but wow! What a horrible experience. We ordered at 5:09- a medium pizza with wings and a personal pan cheese. When we ordered the app said 15 minutes until we could pick up. My husband went to the store and then the app said 25 minutes. Then all of a sudden it said 1 hour. He went inside and asked how long it would be and the employee told him just watch the app. It took 2.5 hours!!! We got our food at 7:45! After all they the food was horrible. The personal pan pizza was cold and hardly had cheese on it. The wings my husband said they were the worst he’s ever had. I do not recommend this place. Prices have also increased drastically. It is NOT worth it! Go to Lione’s, Pomodoro, Joeys, or Downingtown pizza for a much better pizza and to support your local town! We won’t be supporting here again."

"Overall, my experience at Pizza Hut was positive, with the regular pizzas meeting expectations in taste and quality. However, my disappointment stemmed from the specialty pizza, which was made incorrectly. This oversight was particularly disheartening as it was the primary reason for my order. Despite the hiccup, the general quality of their pizzas remains commendable. Please remember the hot honey sauce on the hot honey pizza please"

"We ordered earlier this week and I was skeptical. The Exton location shut down and the Coatesville location just did not taste the same. The only place that tasted great is located in New Holland, PA. When I got the pizza and took a bite, I was excited! Pizza was delicious, nothing was burnt. So happy the location is close to home as well."

"On a Friday early evening I placed an online order, on the way there I realized something went thru incorrectly on my end and the order wasn't right, I called the store and the young woman working the phones, pickups and register was so kind and helpful, she found my order, spoke with the kitchen and had it fixed and ready when I arrived minutes later! She even fixed the cost as the online order system didn't give me the posted deal. This location rocks! The employees were so kind, they didn't get angry or upset, I also noticed how kindly they all spoke to one another even as it was a Friday night and starting to get busy. This location was clean, pickup was efficient, and the screen showing the orders is very helpful! Not only was the service above and beyond, but our order was perfect, tasted great!"
