"I did not get the opportunity to rent here for work purposes but I did get a tour and was very surprised and pleased. The grounds were very well kept and the model apartment is very nice. Sophia in the leasing office was very kind and knowledgeable. She took her time with me to answer my questions and overall felt very welcoming. I only felt like commenting as I had other tours in the area and they were not as pleasant as this one."

"Make sure you take a photo and video of every single thing in that apartment. They will take money from your security deposit blaming you for something that was already there. Protect yourself and take photos and videos. When you do the walk-through make sure that you have that piece of paper in your hand and make sure you jot down everything even though they will tell you it’s not a big deal and it won’t be your responsibility. We had water damage and mold from the rain coming through the door and they didn’t care. Don’t rent here. Save your money and energy."

"I stayed more than three years in this community and later I extended for six months. After two months, I gave a lease vacant notice before 60 days. They said my deposit is forfeit. Later I decided to stay. Within 2 days, my apartment was rented to someone. When I asked for my deposit they are not giving my money back it was nearly $2200. Beware of this scam. Don't be the victim in this apartment lease scam. The reason I left this place. People always smoke weed 24/7. I got too many headaches and sleepless nights due to poor air circulation. In the Rain season water leaks from the wall. Laundry machines never work properly. I stayed in the lot place for one or two years before 60 days notice lease vacant notice. I got my deposit. This Claremont tower is money-minded."

"Well, maintenance isn't great. Laundry room flooded. Slipped on floor. Lately one or more washer or dryer don't work. Noticed several tenant,s going to outside laundry facilities. Miss old maintenance team, things were done efficiently. This past snow storm plowing wasn't done properly. 2 days later maintenance was waiting for it to melt. Patches of ice. Used to be great living here. Now, wouldn't recommend it"

"Listing my review after 2 years of stay. Pros: Friendly management and quick responsive maintenance team. Close to shopping centers. Cheaper rent compared other communities in the surrounding. Bigger house(1000 sq ft for 1 BR). Peaceful community amidst lot of greenery. I got the full refund of security deposit after vacating. Cons: Expect higher electricity bill. The building is old and the water drips through the windows during rain. The washer/ dryer goes faulty regularly and takes long time to fix."
