"Moved in in 2018 and been very satisfied. I like the layout of my place, standard 1 bedroom. Neighbors are friendly and I've never had an issue with anyone. Many families living here with younger kids, so if you're a grouch who doesn't like hearing children playing maybe stay away. Never bothered me, and it's generally quiet by 8pm anyway. Maintenance has been very good at taking care of a couple issues I had since moving in, replacing a defective stovetop and redoing some kitchen floor tiles. Overall I would recommend this place, it's far enough away from Rt 206 that you don't hear any traffic, rent is reasonable, and you only have to pay electric and internet. Margie in the rental office has always been very quick to respond to any issues or questions that come up, and is very friendly to deal with."

"The apartments are spacious, and surroundings are peaceful. Property Manager, Ms Margie is super helpful. Maintenance team is proactive. The best part during my stay here for a year was, the kitchen has exhaust fan and big window, hence cooking/spices smell doesn’t stay in the apartment."

"In this area, it's rare to find a very nice property manager. Ms. Margie is definitely a 5*. If I can give 10*, I would. While I am just moving in, I can see that the area if pretty quiet and neighborhood safe. The apt is spacious and reasonably priced. Put Ms. Margie into the equation, and you will for sure have a great stay in this place. She just makes you feel at home, she picks up the phone and answer emails even off-hours. Definitely reliable and helpful in every way. Thanks Ms. Margie and all the great staff at Hillsborough Garden Apartments!"

"Nice place to live. I stayed nearly 4 years with no major issues. The current Property manager Margie Peralta is a very nice and helpful. She is one of the best managers i ever have had met in that rental office. She responds very quickly through email or phone to solve the apartments issues. She is a very polite and friendly person. Overall I highly recommend her as a great property manager."
