The Willows at Orchard Road

"Extremely expensive don´t be fooled with whats advertised. They have random inspections and your house has to be PERFECT (literally you can´t live) or you´ll get evicted. Maintenance takes forever to get back to you and when they do they threaten you with a leasing infraction for something not working even if its not your fault. You have to make low income but the prices are insanely expensive, you need multiple jobs but have to make sure its not ¨Too much¨ or you'll be evicted. Even if you prove you can´t pay your bills if its ¨too much¨ by their standard, then your screwed and have to hide any income just to scrape by or, be evicted."

"Although I don't live at these apartments, from what I've seen from the outside they are well kept. However, the greatest reason for my 5 star review is Chyna in the rental office. She has always been so kind and helpful whenever I've made any inquiries. She has a great attitude and seems very efficient at her job, never annoyed at any of my questions. She's a great asset to the Willows and just thought to show her some appreciation."

"I applied for this apartment back in April 2022 and I asked numerous questions of how much do we need to make in order to qualify for this apartment. I kept calling them asking them what the requirements were in order to be considered. I received a letter to submit all of my documents paid the $50 application fee for them to say I don't qualify and I spoke with the project manager there and she said I need to make 4x the monthly rent as she was talking I was blocking her out because I felt played and scammed. Why didn't ya'll tell me this before? Ya'll can't scam people out of their money knowing they don't qualify. I'd respect it if ya'll were transparent but ya'll weren't. How is this a low income apartment if I need to make 4x of $1441.00/month? So that means I need to make $69,000 a year? That's not low income! I really wish they would have told me before during the 100 times I called them so I didnt have to waste my money. And its christmas time, that money could have gone towards a gift or towards my phone bill. I want my application fee back since ya'll said I don't make enough anyway. When I emailed them back asking for my money back, no response. I tried calling back and no response. Don't come here!"

"Awesome community. Quiet. Apartment is spacious and was immaculate when I moved in. Well maintained. Sylmaris in the office is great to work with. I would appreciate assigned parking but that's more so I could be right in front of my apartment. There is always ample parking for tenants. Rigorous approval process to get in, which i believe it enables the best tenants who know how to value their space. Happy to be here! (Also great, safe community for kids to play - and they do! Outside enjoying themselves in good weather which is refreshing to see these days! My 8yr old son loves it here)."
