"This apartment is a true disappointment! They have a roach and mouse infestation and refuse to do anything about it. New people move in and are expected to keep putting out money to keep the roaches from returning to their unit. If you have any issues with plumbing again YOU have to get your own plumber. These are not rent to own units therefore people shouldn't have to worry about exterminators or plumbers and if we do they should share the cost of hiring people to handle these situations. The longer you live here the more you see the detail in how they just threw this building together without any True thought or consideration to those who would live in the units. Wall plates are crooked, door trims slanted, carpet ripples after a few months of traffic. The list can go on and on. During my short time here I have seen about 10-15 families move in and right out. That definitely seems to be a sign of a problem. Good luck to anyone who decides to give this place a try and I pray that those who are already in it will be able to leave quickly."
