"Seeing the comments I understand everything, Gail is rude, racist and unprofessional, from the first moment she was, I don't understand if nobody sees the comments or nobody complains about her but what an unpleasant person. She is intimidating and asks very personal questions that are not necessary when evaluating a tenant. Not even a zero would be the perfect grade."

"Terrible service and terrible maintenance timing. Gail is extremely rude and impatient. She has preference and favoritism toward others and whoever she doesn't care for get taken care of last, if they are ever taken care of!"

"Apartment was a mess when i moved in, no cable hookup, peeling paint, baseboard on ground instead of on the heater. Paint all over the new bathroom floor, dishwasher fell out of the cabinet enclosure took 6 month to repair. Heat gets turned on late and shut off early and doesn't work when its on apartment either hot as the sahara or colder than antarctic... maintenance does not know how to fix anything correctly. Drains back up, and i could go on and on... this happened all in 1yr living there and i havent even gotten into the office staff..."

"If I could rate a zero I would. I have a good friend who was very interested in renting here. She had on previous occasion in an interveiw with the property manager, discussed how she has two large breed dogs. She was told this would be no issue as the property was very pet friendly. Today when she went to look at a unit, she was immediately turned away because they "no longer accept large dogs". As this was a subject that was already agreed upon between the manager and my friend I feel that my friend was treated very unfairly. It was extremely unprofessional that she was invited to see a unit when apparently the dog policy had changed. She should have been informed of this instead of having her time wasted going there. Also she was already told she could bring the dogs so if they asked her to come look at a unit the dogs should not have been an issue. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND."
