"The Photos online do not do the place justice. these apartments have been completely renovated . we have been here for 4 yrs. the maintenance crew and manager are top notch. Ownership has provided all resources to accomplish new renovations throughout defiantly the most affordable housing in area and very safe!"
"“NJ HEALTH DEPARTMENT “ First and foremost PAY ATTENTION TO THE CONSISTENCY OF THE REVIEWS! Ran by poor management, the maintenance guy is unprofessional and wears too many hats, management uses him to do their job and he’s over worked. Tenants complained multiple times about issues in their apartment and were told things like; I’ll get to it when I can, write it down and put it in the door, it’s not a priority, you just got a new one tough, I’ll get to it when you’re up on the list. The water bill is hilarious! They can’t keep a solid number; it fluctuates up and down. I’ve seen tenants billed $70 per person and other tenants charged $30 per person. The apartments that are redone look nice but as far as management goes, they are very unprofessional and poorly run. This business is not even on the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend anyone moving there unless it was the last last resort! I am serious; I would rather sleep in a car. Some businesses have one or two bad reviews but when you see the consistency of reviews that build a pattern of neglect that’s some thing to watch out for. There is no parking, people who are not on the lease are treated better than people who pay their rent and subleasing is a common thing there so expect your neighbor with a two bedroom apartment to have seven people in it. There are poison containers around the complex for rats and rodents, busted open and the poison is left out for any kid to tamper with. There are holes in the ground big enough to trip and fall, the washers and dryers in the units do not work, and people have to use space heaters in the winter. Management runs the place as slumlords. I have heard tenants been called scum bags and other offensive verbal comments by management. It’s sad that an establishment like this is able to conduct business without any accountability. So if you’re looking to lose money go ahead and take a chance to two bedbugs infestation all of your belongings are now worthless but they will tell you that there are garages to rent lol. Squatters are permitted too !!!"
"These apartments are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Never had any issues. If you see a bad review honestly it’s because they were shady people to begin with. Whenever I needed help with something the property manager was quick to fix the issue or help me out any way he could. Work order can take a while at certain times. Like when a bunch of apartments were getting turned over but that I completely understandable. If your looking for a great place to live with a compassionate property manager then this is your place!"
"DONT DO IT! No matter how desperate you are. In 3 years, we've experienced rats, roaches, and water leaks in the ceilings. The leak that broke through our bathroom sat that way for a solid year. Heat works on and off. Property manager is useless and shady as hell, so getting anything repaired is a nightmare. Our neighbors were without heat for 2 weeks... in January. Managers response to them? "So move out." Water bill for 2 people is over $140.00 a month. And they charge per person. So, if you have 4 people? $240.00 a month...for water. Parking is a complete disaster. Not nearly enough parking for half the tenants. Seriously, save your time and money. May seem affordable, but you'll pay for it in the end. If anyone would like to reach out on FB, id be happy to supply photos. Or go to Yelp, pics are posted there.Just trying to save someone else from the trouble we went through."
"I’ve lived her for two & a half years with my mom. We’ve had mold growing in our window AC unit & they didn’t even bother to buy a new one but instead replaced it with another unit from another apartment. The rugs were poorly put in, the wall plugs were painted over as well as the cable things. Smells like mold all over. Now I’ve got a newborn baby here & I can’t even afford to live anywhere else but as the duties of an apartment manager, there should be frequent check ins for AC units to be inspected, washer / dryer to be cleaned out, etc. The dumpsters get emptied when needed which is good but the parking is the worst."
