"Not the worst place to live, neighbors are quiet for the most part and the dog park is larger than most places ive seen. This pile of garbage has been sitting here for at least 6 months though and there is nowhere near enough parking for the amount of people that live here. There's a ping pong table outside near some pickleball courts, propane fire pits and corn-hole. Not really much else to comment on"
"Horrible! Management is rude and communication is trash. Good luck getting anything fixed because maintenance is always weeks late and they do cheap and easy work. Everything is a facade, the newly renovated apartments always look great because the older apartments get no attention. Property grounds always look great too, it fits the scheme and agenda they run. High electric bills and bugs. Also, always keep track of your rent payments, you will feel like an accountant dealing with their “mistakes” when it comes to Balances and credits…RUN AWAY FAST"
"I love the Village Square community. My neighbors have been nice no matter who moves in and it's a beautiful area. It's two minutes from my job which is also a plus. They have many social events that I usually don't have time to attend, but it's a great way for tenants to meet."
"I really enjoyed living here! I've lived in a few different apartment complexes, and this was the best one I've lived in (yet had the cheapest rent for the value of the apartment, which included a washer/dryer, a balcony, and was completely redone). My unit was very clean when I moved in, I felt safe at all times, I found that there was a decent amount of parking at all times (not 100% ideal, but good enough), the other residents were nice (they always looked after my packages), and the management team was great. I truly have no complaints other than some discolored water, which I wasn't sure whether it could be attributed to the Town or to my hot water heater. Overall, the only reason I moved out was due to relocating for work; I would've stayed! Definitely recommend."
"To start I wish I didn’t rush into moving here cause the price was “good”. No amount of money is worth this place. Our sink was leaking the first week we moved in, fixed right away as I mentioned it while they were already in the apartment. Within two months of living there we had water start pouring in from upstairs as the neighbor left the water running all night and their diverter was leaking. Took a whole month for all of those issues to be somewhat fixed. We had to reach out multiple times for them to just do their jobs. They told us even after we found mold in the closet that there wouldn’t be any in the wall and dismissed us. Well, we opened the wall our self and we found mold, shocker. Now, for the second time we’ve had another leak. They closed the service request within 3 minutes of calling us saying they were going in. No call after, no follow up, nothing. I had to reach back out to figure out what happened so they sent someone else out. Suspicious. He actually looked around and went upstairs which took more than 3 minutes. I also let him listen to a a video of water dripping in the walls. He “assured” me it wasn’t water, but we haven’t heard it since, again, suspicious. We’ve been denied a credit to our rent as they don’t find these inconveniences enough. Attached is also what you can expect your closets to look like on the inside. Moral of the story, if you can afford to move somewhere else, do it."
