"I moved here after getting orders for Fox Dix. Melissa, the manager, was great and processed the application quickly. The entire team was super accommodating. I did not get the run around like I had at other places. Military friendly, they offer a 5% military discount. Probably 75% of those who live at Northampton Crossing are military... so you know it's safe and you're around good people. The Maintenance man, Angel, is awesome! He does great work and is very quick to respond. Even for the small stuff. I’ve never had things get fixed as quickly and with his level of attention to detail. I have family far away so having the PHL airport only 30mins away is very nice. The drive to the base is only 18mins."

"worst place i’ve ever lived. nosy leasing office. my apartment was always falling apart and something was always broke. the carpet was already ripped up when i moved in and they charged us $800 for carpet. the third floor is always way too hot even if you have the ac set to 65°. the only good thing i have to say about the place is the maintenance man."

"Would’ve gave this place a 5. Absolutely loved the place and facility. The maintenance guy Angel and property manager were great. My biggest complaint was moving out and miscommunication but Melissa the property manager was great about the situation. Will truly miss this place. Highly recommend."

"My family has been living at Northampton for almost two year now and I am very pleased with everything here. I have to say from the day we signed our lease. Saying Melissa is attentive to the needs of residents is an understatement. She is beyond dedicated to her job and those that live here. I have reached out to her with needs at different times including times she would normally be off and I get a response even recently while she was on vacation and I didn’t expect a response. She at least took the time to reassure me she’d get back to my need as soon as she returned and even when I forgot she saw me and made sure I knew she’d get the items to me right away. The area is very nice. It is close to a base so you have a lot of military families. It is a great place to be raising your family. The team here has one main maintenance worker Angel who him and Melissa are truly a dynamic duo making sure that everyone’s needs are met. Even when they need other assistance angel still responds in an emergency to make sure your needs are taken care of and to reassure you that if not him (which I’ve only had 1 thing he couldn’t do himself which was replace a washing machine) he is in top of making sure it gets resolved timely. All around I would say you don’t make a mistake choosing to live at Northampton crossing and your family/loved ones are in good hands with Melissa and Angel!!"
