"Service is just as expected with door to door trips from NYC to PA and back. The trip times will vary depending on how many pick ups they have for that day but, we are told this when you talk to them over the phone. They take your temperature before entering the vehicle. They offer to help with your luggage upon entering the bus. Keep in mind that large I items take up more space hence they generally cost more to bring with you so make sure you verify this when you make the reservation. All in all this is a convenient alternative to a regular bus that just leave you at a bus terminal. Although that is an option if you choose to pick that as your drop off point or just hop out the moment you enter the city limits."
