"Called an hour ago, never showed up. Not even going to bother to call and ask them 'what's going' after reading the reviews again. Update: I called them just now at 9pm asking what happened to the taxi service at 3pm and immediately I got a second call from the taxi driver asking where I am and I told him I needed the driver way back at 3pm and not now at 9 pm and he said "oh okay" and hung up. I called the company again but OBVIOUSLY my number has been directed to voicemail. Am I surprised? NOPE."
