"A package was to be delivered on 8/17/18- still waiting and its 8/22/18. Customer service no help. Tracking says it's on the truck since 8/17/18. Must be to heavy to get off how they get it on? I am willing to get it for 52 cents a mile nothing. This isn't the first time. I would not have them deliver here again... Anything....oh still waiting for my delivery. Went there today 8/24/18only to be told they can't find it Really....so today 8/25/18 went up there again. No one there looked for someone to scan out. There slick sign so it shows it was delivered. At least I got it. Would love to send them a bill for days of waiting...the gas two times up there. I hope other don't have these problems if u do contact everyone you can and maybe they can fix Fed ex. Make Fed ex great again....lol. new order 4 tires i get 3 bring the other a day later. O how i love this place."

"The FedEx people helped me online, but I am not happy with the results. They told me that my package never moved from this location in New York in 3 weeks, and they said we might as well put in a lost package claim. I assured them I knew my package wasn’t lost. A package that is over 48 inches does not get lost; it gets stolen. They did not answer my concern directly and only said they are very sorry for the inconvenience. I hope that there are cameras all around that place and inside the vehicles to ensure that delivery handlers do not steal peoples packages. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I ordered it Dec. 3 and no updates for almost a month. Extremely poor service from this location!"

"Brought out 7 packages to where they've delivered probably a hundred packages to my from June till now. Said my address was incorrect and could not deliver. My address is CLEARLY MARKED and on a main road. I called 5 times, the first time I was told I'd have my delivery by 8 pm. Fedex refused to make the person who did not want to do their job that day actually do their job, resulting in my not having necessities. No credit, no apology, no reprimand for their lazy driver. Sickening. It stuns me that you can make that much as a driver and not have to do your job when you dont feel like it. This depot and this company are wholly unreliable."
