"THE WORST! Blatantly lied about attempted delivery TWICE. I have cameras at my lot and both doors that NEVER picked up a Fed Ex truck, or a driver coming to the doors. Never left the sticker they leave to say delivery was attempted. I was at the delivery location BOTH times, once with the door wide open in 45 degree weather so theyd see I was there. Customer Service was pretty much worthless."

"Continues to be the worst delivery service I have ever seen in B2B. Normal ground delivery drops packages at wrong business, doesn't attempt to deliver at all and ignores the clearly printed number to call on the front door. A rush overnight delivery wasn't even attempted and just marked as a missed delivery without even getting out of the truck. Absolutely the worst customer service between failing to do their job any lying to customers. If there were a negative 5 stars I could give, I would. DO NOT USE for important B2B operations!"
