"I called on Jan 1st to make a "reservation (MUUVME) at avp.I thought I got assistances until today Jan 5, 2024 I called to add my sis on my reservation and I was told I never called, with actual proof.then to top it off they only pick up in Wilkes barre. I don’t know how a company can denied they ever spoke to someone. To make matters worse they said they were going to be out of service for me to call their competition. I’m very disappointed at how they do business. Better business is out there"

"The worst van service I have ever taken in my life. They dropped me at the wrong address. Never picked me back up , also I paid for a round trip and because I was late to court because of there mistaken address and pushing back the times. I end up in jail and when I called later on that night and asked about my money they told me they would hold it for the next court date. Now court is coming up and I call them. First off the lady on the phone very unprofessional and rude. Also they then claim there’s only 48 hrs to get ur refund. SMH they don’t even know what there doing or how to run the van service. I don’t understand how they still up and running!!!! Worst van service I have ever taken in my life and I deal with a lot of them…!!! Never Again!! I do not recommend this van service to anyone!!!!! Megan bus is better believe me….."

"Mary is very disrespectful unprofessional and extremely rude to customers. I do not understand how you can run a business with Mary not being able to Handle customer service. A round trip ticket was purchased because of something extremely important that happen beyond our control we cxl the go back Mary would not refund so we decided to use the ticket to go back and Mary does not want to pick up and says we lost the money. Do not use this service and report them"

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PLEASE They are very irresponsable. I made a reservation for me, my baby and my mom a day before and like two hour before the ride they call me to confirm and when I got to the stop 10 minutes before 6pm the driver told me that we can’t go in the van because we were late and the secretary made too much reservations. They are irresponsible and unprofessional, I was standing in the sidewalk with my baby and my mom and bags just because of them."
