"I called in for delivery. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, at which point they just hung up on me. Guess they don't want my money. (I called back and they hung up again almost immediately). If you are getting close to closing time, and don't want to take more orders, then fine, TELL ME THAT. Don't waste 15 to 20 minutes of MY TIME because you couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone and simply say "sorry sir, we are not taking orders right now". Now, because I wasted what little time there was waiting for you, now it is too late to call anyone else. Not good customer service at all. ☹️"

"My husband and I live nearby. We are from NYC. The food in this area is tragically disgusting. We can always count on a hot, fresh pizza or other meals/ apps/ desserts from here . This site in particular has the best customer service of any other Domino's that we have visited - in any state. Tonight we ordered the $19.99 special for delivery. The guy who took the order was super kind, efficient and professional. He warned us it was busy and delivery could take over an hour. I said " No problem at all!" It's a Saturday night, after all. I gave him my card number and a nice tip for the driver. Driver arrived in under 25 minutes, extremely polite, kind, clean cut, food all packed neatly and nestled in the red bag, hot and fresh, soda ice cold. I must say that when we go into the store, EVERY EMPLOYEE there is always, always ALWAYS attentive, kind and efficient. I must also add they are all clean and the store looks clean at all times. Even though it appears that they are busy all the time, they are always polite. I had a few questions about two items and they were quick to answer them. I'm in the restaurant business 30 plus years, so if I'm complimenting a place, it's coming from that much experience. The Hill Section is lucky to have the staff at this location! I hope their manager gets the credit he/ she deserves for a lovely crew!"

"Today on August 4 between 10:00 to 10:30 I was Disgusted by two workers. One with his hands in his underwear talking to another worker preparing someone food with no gloves on and dipping his hands in every cheese and meat with no gloves on. I immediately informed my wife that I'd rather make my own pizza from now on instead of worry if food workers are allowed to be this disgusting. And all the other workers were just watching. The other two nasty gentlemen are definitely older than the rest of the staff."
