"Horrible horrible horrible! Company texted me my package would arrive 11/16 between 10-2. I took off work and lost wages for zero reason. No show. No call. Nothing. Then that night they speak to the person I ordered my table from and told him it would be here 11/17. I had my daughter stay home the entire day again for zero reason. No show. No call. I call them I. The evening obviously fuming at this point. I then get hung up on. While you hear the obnoxious workers in the background. They then refuse to call the company that shipped the package to get it released so I can pick it up from the warehouse myself. Still no package. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for any reason. They did the same thing with my bed base at the beginning of the year. Everyday for weeks it was coming!! I would never Recommend this company. My only recommendation is to run as fast as you can and find a real company to deal with."

"Was just at the Loves in North Platte Nebraska. The driver for R+L parks at the Fuel pump while getting shower. This must be one class act of a company"

"Scheduled delivery was between 10am and 2pm. Driver didn't show up until after 4pm, and nobody contacted me to let me know he was running late. Engine was slightly damaged but you couldnt tell until you removed the plastic wrapping and the driver was long gone. I don't know how it was damaged or when, but the pictures I have from the seller show it being fine before it was shipped. I wouldn't have been so upset if they gave me a new time frame so I wasn't sitting around waiting for them all day when I could have been utilizing my time doing something productive. I would not recommend this company"

"Our business has been getting deliveries through them for 10 years at the same location without incident, until recently. Somehow, now, the new driver can't figure out how to get our deliveries to us, despite a giant sign that says "all deliveries out back." We've been waiting for the product for a week. He also said our business was closed at 5 pm, which is a boldfaced lie. When calling dispatch, they were also rude and extremely unhelpful. It's not like I'm asking them for anything outlandish. I'm asking a delivery company to....deliver stuff. I mean come on. Do better."
