"I love my flat! It's beautiful, affordable, and comfortable. It has a working dishwasher, an amazing washer/dryer unit, and the facility mgmt are kind and professional. The community has lovely and quiet people. I definitely recommend this living experience!"
"This was my first apartment Eddie has gave me the worse experience possible. I moved in and my apartment was not even clean it was dirty, the walls had all these marks on them like they didn’t paint at all. She was supposed to renovate my apartment Oct of last year which was never done there was always an excuse why it wasn’t going to be done. I moved out the end of July to know they were renovating it as soon as I moved. I painted my apartment light colors which she said she was going to charge me little she charged me $500 and to know she charged everyone else $200. She makes the rules as she goes. Do not move here!!!!"
"I lived at CPW for a year in 2016-2017 and really liked the place. My upstairs neighbor was wonderful and the rest of them were quiet but always kept an eye out for each other. The maintenance staff was on top of everything and really never needed much upkeep. The full sized washer and dryer is so nice to have and the kitchen is huge. Ettie, the property manager, was always a delight to talk to as well. The grounds were always maintained and you’d see a lot of deer in the mornings. It was a really nice place to call home."
"Lived here for almost 3 years and I absolutely loved it. The property is well managed and the property director is very flexible. We extended our lease like 3 times without any hassle. The only reason I am lessening this review to 4 stars is because I had to argue with a maintenance man who was convinced I was using the wrong soap in my dishwasher when the pump needed to be replaced. While there are no added amenities, they offer a gift to residences every year and don't mind paying rent in multiple checks. If you can bear with occasionally salty maintenance staff but overall a great values and beautiful property, this is for you!"
