"Afortable close to shopping, nightly litup, and safely across from route 46, 24/7 maintenance, Pet "allowed" with required emotional support yearly Dr'snote, courteous and helpful office staff, close to blue ribbon schools and fast to police department, heat, and hot water included!!!"

"Lived here for 4 years, they constantly harassed us about kids toys outside that my son used everyday. Never showed up on heat calls for a week, would put silicone over black mold, they are terrible. The rent is fair but I lived in a one bedroom that had a closed in dining room we used as a bedroom and they evicted us out of nowhere saying 3 people (including a 4 year old) was over occupied even though my neighbors all have 5-7 people living in there one bedrooms. The property manager is nasty and will curse you out for a bike outside but let’s other people have grills on there deck and boat hanging off their deck down to the neighbors. This place is poorly run and don’t even get me started on the 1950’s appliances that barely work and they never fix them or replace them. My dish washer never worked and all they kept doing is fixing reused blades even though it had to do with the water flow. Floors are stick on tiles from 30 years ago so they don’t come clean no matter how much you scrub it and everyone posts that they keep your security deposit no matter what."

"Can't beat their rent price! Older apartment buildings but I moved into an updated unit a few months ago and its been amazing. Friendly neighbors, any issues I've had (including an emergency in the middle of the night) has been dealt with quickly and professionally by their maintenance guys, and the fall scenery is beautiful."

"I wish I could give this terrible place less than one star! If you are looking for a place to call home and raise you kids , better go to kings village or somewhere elese. Don’t trust the 5 star’s reviews. Lived there for 7 years , always paid on time. Office has no idea how to run a n apartments complex, you can call as many times as you want and it’s always the first time. Maintenance is the worst there. My 3 years old son locked himself in the bedroom for 4 hours with me in New York City and wife couldn’t do anything because the lock doesn’t have a key , it unlocks with a small flat head screw driver which she didn’t have . The office and maintenance refused to go help and said that they gave us the key 5 years a go and then they said no we put it on top of the door. Had to call a friend and wait for him to finish work and go help. When I moved out they decided to take over 1 grant from my deposit. But no It didn’t happen, because I know my rights. All what it took is $40 fee for small claim which the court ordered them to pay it as well.Took them to the court and I wish I did it before so they can understand that they are not running a zoo. If you are moving out , please make sure you take pictures and have them fix everything and make sure you do walk through with them . Because you will end up going to court or lose you deposit. They like making money of you living there or leaving. Also they will support their argument with document and repair they never did , like I things I found broken when I moved in and I fixed myself , they claimed they did .(shame on you).always request repair by email or fax so you have proof."

"I stayed here with my family for an year and had an amazing experience. Loved the community. I lived in Building 6, Unit 7A and this unit was the best. It was a one bed, one bath with a separate dining room. We had new carpet, centralized heat and A/C, and optimum was our cable provider. Whenever there was an issue with anything, David is the man!!! He would come in like 10-15 mins and would do everything to make us comfortable. The rental office staff is also friendly and professional. The community is quite, and safe. The Mount Olive Police patrols round the clock. Not too far from Netcong shoprite/Flanders shoprite, walmart, McDonalds, Burger King, Target, Costco. The only con is that you have to pay the rent by writing checks and mailing it to their office in Mountainside, NJ. I have also uploaded few pics that I have taken during my stay here. I have captured so many beautiful sunsets from the patio."
