"My husband I have lived in Kings Village since 2019. We always said we live in the nicest complex Budd Lake and the surrounding area has to offer. Minutes from all major roadways, tons of local businesses and shopping centers. Communication with management is always swift and cordial. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner for any concerns we may have had. We always felt safe as they have 24/7 surveillance and nighttime LEDs for all exterior lights. Ample parking is offered for tenants and visitors. The grounds are always maintained and the super Jimmy Dean is a one of a kind. He is always on top of everything. We lost power before Christmas in 2022 due to someone hitting a transformer. Jimmy Dean drove around for hours checking on every tenant to make sure they were staying warm and were comfortable. We couldn’t ask for a more reliable and pleasant renting experience. We love kings village and would recommend it to anyone."

"UPDATE JULY 2023: It was a pleasure to live in kings village. Marzena and everyone took great care of me and others. Maintenance was kind and incredibly responsive when in need. I had the best neighbors and I will truly miss this community. I cannot recommend it enough! ORIGINAL: I have been here for one year and am very satisfied with it. The office, especially Marzena, have been incredible helpful and responsive. Signing the lease was easy and I am glad to be renewing mine once again. The apartments themselves are large, full of light, and truly a good deal for your money. My neighbors are friendly and kind as well. Maintenance has done a GREAT job with keeping up with the snow and ice. I never have to worry about the stairs, parking lots, or walkways being full of snow. It is always cleared out by the time I have to leave for work (at 7am). Finally, when I did have a slight issue and needed help, maintenance was at my door in under 10 minutes. I could not expect more from them. Overall, I am happy to be a part of Kings Village!"

"Kings Village has evolved over the past several years. Nestled in a rural setting, it is very peaceful and offers the residents a scenic taste of the garden state. The new superintendent, Jimmy Dean, is doing a fantastic job to maintain the highest standards of excellence. Jimmy is super easy to talk to and he work hard to ensure that we all have a pleasant living experience. Kings Village might just be the best kept secret in New Jersey!"

"I recently moved to Kings Village in April 2021. It has been a wonderful and smooth transition due to Marzena. I was an out of state applicant and Marzena kept communication with me through email and phone. She made my cross country move manageable by keeping me at peace about my new apartment. I am forever grateful and thankful for all of her assistance. The apartment complex is in a quiet, peaceful community. The maintenance staff are also amazing and friendly, always saying hi and making me feel welcomed. I am looking forward to spending a few years living here."

The maintenance department is quick to reply and they do a fantastic job with snow removal. Marzena in the leasing office is superwoman!
