"UPDATE: Lot rent increased more than 5%. This park is DEFINITELY not worth the money I pay them. When I asked why no amenities are being added, I was told they relocated and updated the children's park. Well great, people with no children are NOT getting any additional amenities. Just don't do it. Please. Moving here was the worst decision I've ever made. Find an apartment, buy a house, live in an RV, move in with family, move in with strangers, camp in a field. Do ANYTHING but move into this park. ORIGINAL POST: There are no recent reviews so let me help you out. Don't move here. Corporate is increasing the lot rent 3-5% every year from now on. It's not worth it. Look elsewhere."

"Dianne the property manager is the worst. Took 3 months to put in a work order just to clean out the gutters. Also she will look for any reason to not refund your deposit. We left the property spotless but they wanted to keep my security deposit for shotty craftsmanship on there countertops where 2 small "less then a quarter size" spots started to flake off. She acted like there were holes all the way through the countertop. Countertop was clearly warping on the sides and the top surface, you could actually see where the wood beams were under the countertop. Last I checked laminate countertops should not be warped and flake off. Wanted to keep $1400 security deposit for that. After a few phone calls they did give me half of it back and expected me to be happy about only getting robbed for half my money. Dianne is the worst and should be replaced. Just my opinion. Expect a 5% rent increase every year as well if you rent here. Expect your lot rent to go up every month if you buy here. Inspect your unit and inform her of everything wrong with it this way you don't get blamed for there shotty craftmanship because she will HAPPILY take your security deposit without a care in the world."

"Management is constantly changing. Maintenance is great here but they only have 2 guys for a park with over 200 units. There is no communication between the 2 managers that were there. I've lived there before when it was under different management and it was the same story. The park is under renovation and new rule changes but until they fix management I will stick with 1 star. The rules are ridiculous as well. You can get a write up if you garbage can isn't in the right spot or even if your blinds are messed up in the slightest way. Beautiful park, horrible management."
