"I’ve been 20+ year resident here, and made it a point to cause as minimal problems as possible, and rent is always to them on time. Few things that have been consistent is that “buggies” will be in your home, no matter how clean you keep your home. The management doesn’t do anything to actively stop them. So they just grow and grow. The winters will be extremely cold, often colder than outside is. They will not turn on the heat in winter until something bad happens, (2 years a woman died in her apartment because of how cold it was, and the red cross has to give out blankets) That cold also applies to the water, the water will not have hot water 70% of the time year round. But especially after 10pm it’s only freezing cold. In the summer and spring heat magically appears from our heaters, but this is when it’s warm already, so maybe it gets a bit too warm, so you crack the window because it’ll be an 80 degree days and they’ll have the heat on Max. But if you open your window to let air in or out, management likes to take a picture and store it for when you make a complaint about when it’s cold, so they can say that your wasteful of the heat, you’re letting it out. Also don’t leave your cars not driven, I went away for 3 weeks, and they towed my vehicle, which I’ve never seen again. Seriously, it was never seen ever again. An a friend of mine had their truck towed without 24 hour notice, and then the woman who works the front desk is extremely rude. I use to enjoy living here, but those days have been long gone. An none of the things I wrote are exaggerated, dramatized, just a few true words from someone that unfortunately lives here. I wouldn’t recommend it, unless you’re reeeeeally in a bind and only need to be here 1-3 months."

"BIG, Quiet, but UNBELIEVABLY COLD, internal temperature too low 38 - 53 degrees in winter, not insulated well, mildew grew in 4 areas of my apt. The new management did FIX it, 6 months later more mildew started growing, repairs are slow or nonexistant, u take off work, & they are no call, no show, the lease is 14 pages long with a gag order in it. If u talk about them they can evict you in less than a month for violation of your lease, So happy I moved. I had the best apt in entire complex. No roaches, If you need somewhere for only a year, MAYBE. Long term, NO, RUN. Their lease states they do NOT have insurance if you slip /fall due to ice/poor lighting, etc. Implying u cant sue them, most of the porch & flood lights aren't on at night (they are cutting their cost) U MUST purchase renters insurance, plowing & shoveling is usually TOO LATE if you have to go to work before 10am, my toilet tank broke while we were sleep,it took them 58 minutes to respond after I called them 5 times & 911 only to find out the maint. Man was 2 minutes away painting to get an empty apt ready to rent. " U can't make this stuff up. How is a FLOOD not IMPORTANT? or less important then painting? They put notes for inspections on your door with only 2 days notice. The lease is INSANE. Read every word 100% before signing, if you don't RUN then shame on you you will experience misery & misfortunes while living there!!"
