"Don’t apply here. It’s cheap for a reason. This is the most lazy staffing apartments complex I have witnessed. The office is closed Tuesday and Thursday and when it’s open they always have excuses to not receive anyone. Worst maintenance as well. They go to your apartment without asking you too. Doesn’t do the job and you may have to wait 2 weeks or more for them to get back to you.There's mice everywhere. Mold as well. Also I had worms coming from my bath tub and drain fly are insane. there was a building that collapsed couple months ago. I cannot express enough how unprofessional, rude, lazy the staffing is. They need a whole new management team."

"Infestation, Evelyn Lawrence , took no responsibility for unit infestation and was well aware of the situation, did in legal entry of my home multiple times had maintenance man come in my home and take pictures without me being aware and also have maintenance man come in my unit and make damages to my home"

"I really didn’t want to write a review but getting in touch with ANYONE to fix anything is like pulling teeth. First off, I’ve been putting in work orders via phone and online when paying rent and trying to call the office since MARCH. With no assistance. By the time I get off from work the office is closed. There’s the terrible cockroach and mice issue. I have a hole in the wall in my bedroom which I’m sure is easy access for rodents, an opening in between my tub and bathroom sink, again easy access for rodents. My kitchen sink is very loose. I called for something that was supposed to be an emergency maintenance issue but no one ever got back to me (thank god it was just a circuit breaker issue or my food would have gone bad) I’m constantly waking up to no hot water, yet they wanna send out notices to everyone for rent being on time and not being nasty via voicemail. It’s frustrating. They’re VERY lazy and uncaring."

"The office staff have very nasty attitudes, talk over you and are slightly rude. My first contact with them was terrible and is definitely a lasting impression. I was considering renting from them but I will not be. I refuse to have to deal with smart-mouthed women who have their ears closed. Me and people like that don't get along so to save myself the annoyance, I will go elsewhere. Plus, the reviews that I have seen about pest infestations, slow maintenance work, inattentive office staff and loud, ghetto neighbors, I will definitely believe. All of those people can't be lying. I have lived in locations like that so I know what they are speaking of."
