"I signed a lease for 1 year. I wanted to sign for six months lease but they did lot allow. You need to spend 25$ for registration to apply for a lease. Since this was my first time moving to USA, they required a guarantor and he also had to pay 25$ for online registration. You need to pay another 150$ while signing lease plus one month's rent as security deposit. While signing lease, I asked what if I leave b4 1 yr. She said notify 2 month's in advance & pay 250 for administrative fees and two months rent and then u can leave. Unfortunately, I had to leave after three montha to I notified the management two months in advance. But the management did not allow early termination as suggested by house manager and asked me to pay 3 months rent and 250$ as admin fee. The management is nit helpful at all, they always want to screw you. Regarding, the apartment, it was big, well painted, nice location and calm environment. However, the floors are old and make sound when you walk. The bathroom tub are very old with multiple scratches. The cupboard do not have lock. There is no light bulb or tube, u need 2 bring on ur own when u move here."
