"Area is straight hood. Theres trash all on the street and on the decks of the complex giving it a dirty look. The women who texts/calls you to view the apartment has VERY POOR communication skills. Doesn’t look like a safe neighborhood. The neighborhood watch sign is all bent and spray painted. Went into the complex to view the apartment and it smelled like they just got done hot boxing the place with cigarettes. The door to get into the one apartment building doesn't close all the way and bangs behind you like a jail door. Don’t waste you time or money"
