Dinner reservations are available at the restaurant with advance notice requested. Rejuvenating gourmet breakfast is included in your night's stay, served daily between 8:00am and 10:00am. The restaurant offers a 200-wine selection from the world's greatest wine regions, with hand-selected wines to complement the menu. Allergies and dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
A traditional sit-down breakfast experience is available daily, or guests can opt for a continental breakfast served in the comfort of their suite. Parties or groups can enjoy in-house preparation of breakfast or evening hors d'oeuvres when booking the Farmhouse and/or Hawthorn property exclusively. Culinary and cooking classes are also offered at the resort, providing guests with hands-on preparation, recipes, and the chance to enjoy their culinary creations.
Whether you're a food enthusiast or experienced cook, Redbook Restaurant offers a tailored culinary experience to learn new skills and have fun in the process. Group cooking classes are available for 2-10 guests on Thursdays and Fridays. Advance reservations are required for all dining and cooking experiences at Redbook Restaurant.

"The chef is a master craftsman. The food was epic, I can't even find the words to describe how incredible everything was. You could really feel the love and passion that was put into every bite. The mixologist is an ARTIST! The best cocktails I have ever had. The service was perfect. We were quietly and thoughtfully attended to and generously looked after. The Redbook is so romantic and warm. But hey ladies, just a heads up - there's a gravel parking lot and driveway you have to cross through and then up into the dining space is a tight little staircase. Normally not an issue in regular shoes but my poor six inch heels had their work cut out for them. All that being said, this is our favorite restaurant. It's modestly elegant and charming. The staff even had a firepit going on a cool evening, so lovely."

"This is hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at (and I’ve eaten at many). We’ve eaten here twice, once this summer, and again more recently to celebrate my birthday. We specifically stayed in the area so we could dine at this restaurant. The chef’s tasting menu is fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fine dining with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. I loved that we were given two complimentary courses with the tasting menu option (the oxtail ragu we got was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten). We also appreciated how knowledgeable and accommodating staff were during our dining experiences. The atmosphere is charming and beautiful, especially in the winter months. It is clear that Redbook cares about making each guests experience a memorable one, and we will be back again soon."
"had the five course tasting menu at redbook on the 30th of december started with an amuse-bouche of smoked eel and progressed through a raw scallop appetizer, lobster bisque, squab, venison and finally a pear dessert two of us also had the wine pairing, everything was phenomenal and the experience was a great way to end 2021 the venue is amazing and the buildings seem to have some historic value highly recommended, i especially enjoyed the scallop appetizer"
