"Karla, the apartment manager, is extremely unprofessional. She is nice when you are applying but once you sign the leasing papers- she is not as considerate. We were concerned about lead inspection because it is an old building. Karla laughed and made a joke asking us if our younger family members are going to lick the crown molding. How rude and inconsiderate of our concerns as tenants. And then when we moved out and went back to give her the keys, Karla accused us of stealing the AC. My bf told her we did not- she did not believe us so she called maintenance to ask. He immediately said we stole it. But then asked what month we moved in, we moved in during November, so they did not install an AC in our unit. How about next time you do your job properly Karla and check before you accuse your tenants of something they did not do. This apartment complex is beautiful and the location is amazing, so it is a shame we had an unpleasant experience because of the manager."

She was also very knowledgable and let us know all of the perks available as a resident. She was responsive to all our questions. I knew that my client would not have any issues while living at Narberth Hall as Karla and her team would be there when needed. I also love that the unit you tour is the unit you're getting - no bait and switch! My client and I are very happy!"

All of our neighbors are friendly and respectful, and we’ve never had an issue with noise or smoke. The only downside to the building is there’s no elevator, but other than that it’s perfect! Also, all of the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. This a true little gem in Narberth!"
