"I had an awful experience living here from 2021 -2023. Mice, roaches, several ceiling leaks to the point where management asked me if I even wanted it fixed at that point. Upstairs neighbors would stay up smoking & selling weed and up to ‘late night activities’ all night I couldn’t tune out with noise cancelling headphones, white noise, and fans. Because the temperature is controlled we can’t do anything in the winter, heat would be blasted to over 90, and it was simply unbearable to sleep there some nights. I thank god every day I’m not there anymore."

"Has subpar soundproofing due not being taken care of over the course of almost a century. One of the basement staircases is a death trap - almost fell down it twice while trying to go up with my laundry. Please seal up the staircase where the door opens up with no ground/floor before the staircase starts; nobody needs to crack their skull on the concrete down there. Otherwise, it's a pretty convenient location and has a nice amount of laundry machines. Just avoid the staircase that is directly below the entrance (use the one with a separate stairwell) and don't be surprised if you can hear the people above you walking around and talking on the phone."

"This is my third time renting at Brenton Hall Apartments, I love it that much. The management is top notch, professional, friendly, and actually care about the property and the tenants. Brenton Hall is just a half block from the main street of Narberth, Pa. where you can shop, dine, bank, pick up a bottle of red, catch a movie at their very own movie theater, take a yoga class, mail those packages, hop on the train to center city, I could go on……it truly is an ideal location to call home."

"My wife and I lived here for a year and we really enjoyed it. The apartments are in a great location, right next to the train station and in a cute town. The units have a lot of charm and are well-priced for the area. Eli, the landlord, is quick to respond to maintenance and a very honest guy to work with. This is one of the best apartments we stayed in in Philly and it's highly recommended!"

"I lived in Brenton Hall for just under two years. The management is great - very attentive on keeping the building clean and in good shape. Maintenance requests for my apartment were always handled within a day, often even more quickly. My studio apartment was spacious and full of light, which I really loved. When I unexpectedly had to move cross country before my lease ended, Eli (the apartment manager) was great about working with me on the details of the move. I hope I can find a building I like as much as this one in my new city. I miss it already."
