"Very friendly owners. They take their time making their orders and also mix it very well. The ingredients taste fresh and the food taste great. The atmosphere isn’t anything special but the owners decorate it nicely."
"The guy did my order was a cheapo. Did not pack it on at all. The 1 scoop and less then scoop . After he did my order I see the female over fill her orders. I said something and he is like you did not want anything more. And charged me queso which I don't kind but again he was cheap with it. The minimal amount he can give he gave. Smh. Will not come back to this place. Over price for nothing . As you can see not even full so many empty spots. I never complain. But just wow when I saw the female worker pack on the other orders."
"If i could give this place zero i would. I went here with friends and the roofs were leaking with water from the rain. The food was terrible, i ordered a Steak quesdilla and it might as well have been a Cheese and tortilla.... they literally gave the smallest amount of meat to the point where you couldnt even tell if there was any meat in there. Not to mention that the meat sat there all day and literally had me running to the bathroom 15mins after i finished eating. My friends who went there as well had the worst expierence possible with there foods as I did. I see the owner responding to reviews and i feel as like nothing is done with this place. There employees are basically told to give the minimum amount of meat/chicken possible. I paid i think like 12$ for that quesdilla and my god, if your going to charge that price....GIVE THE CONSUMER the proper amount of meat there paying for."
"I Asked Does the White Rice Have Cilantro?? as the Poster on the Window Stated... The Server Starts to Scoop for the White Rice WITHOUT Answering My Question So Once He Lifted the Lid I Scene NO Cilantro and Said NO,, I'll Take Yellow... All They Thinking About Is Move Fast Fast FAST!!! Seamed to Give Me Lousy Servings Compared to What the "Locals" Were Being Served... Every One Else Would Get Scoops and a Half... NOT ME... My Rice Barely Filled Half the Bowl... One Prong Worth of Chicken... It Seams If Your NOT From Around the Way,, They Give Uuu Smaller Portions Thinking Ull Never Come Back Here... Which I Wont... Guacamole $3 Bucks Extra... Salsa $$Extra... The Chicken Wasn't Flavorful Enough... Uuu Supposed to HOOK It Up For the New Folks So They Return BUT I Guess They Don't Know... It Wasn't Terrible,, Just Not Hitting Enough... $11 Bucks for the Chicken Bowl w NO Extras..."
"Food is very good and this location has some nice ambience. Why only 4 stars then? I eat at all the Mexican fast food places. The culture at Moes and Panchero's is stingy. Ask for a little extra rice and prepared to pay. While I slightly prefer Panchero food over chipotle, the chipotle stores will have a much better attitude towards the customer. I think it comes down to company cultures, which is so so or poor at Pancheros."
