"Hello! I love going to moes because they show they care. My boyfriend has a severe dairy allergy and they showed him it’s okay to order and take care of him there. He was able to get a chicken bowl and rice and beans and the owner made the meals, directly for him. He put on new gloves and directed him to what didn’t have any dairy in it. He felt so confident ordering and moe’s is amazing for there employees to understand and focus on there allergies. They listen and it isn’t a rush. I truly will be back and I love their homewrecker burrito as a a bonus, and there chips."

"Go to literally any other moes but this one. The entire Spanish staff seems like one big lazier than hell family. They stand in groups and do nothing but talk behind customers backs as if people other than them can't understand them like grade school children. They're extremely lazy the salsa bar is never fully stocked. The make line is always cross contaminated and never fully stocked. You want cilantro lime rice? Too bad they were too lazy to prep any so you get what you get and they laugh about it in Spanish. The entire staff is good for nothing and needs to be fired. Corporate needs to step in. Who have now been contacted because the store manager is one of the children and doesn't care what customers have to say. Ordered extra meat didn't get it. Corn salsa? Nah just chunks of tomatoes. Want a good experience at moes? Too bad the whole group of people in the back are too lazy to do what they get paid to do. Yes I called them people in the back, they're not employees, they're lazy. Corporate trainers need to step up real soon and take over this store permanently before it gets shoved out of Hamilton Square and replaced with something better like taco bell"

"Extremely unprofessional manager. This place messes up our order 20% of the time. The last time they put chicken instead of tofu on my wife’s quesadilla and we found a staple in my stack. They tried to blame us, how can I benefit from not being able to eat out meal and have to drive back and have it remade. BEWARE"

"The employees were polite. The food for me was disappointing. The steak was chewy and had a just a overall weird texture. The amount of rice given was also disappointing considering I wasn’t eating the steak. I had bought 2 bowls and a burrito all 3 were made into meals so chips and a drink added for about $4 more. I also added another side of chips and guacamole for a extra 4.99 and they put all 4 ordered of chips in one brown bag which made it a little difficult to divi up. All together I spent $62 here. I’m not likely to recommend or be returning"
