"I have been meaning to write this review all year. I have lived at this apartment for 7 years before moving out. I would recommend this apartment for several reasons. It offers an incredible amount of space for its price point. It has an attached garage as well as an adequately maintained gym. The management was courteous and attentive. All maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The only downside I would list would be the ambient noise. You can hear lot of noises from the nearby SEPTA train. You can also often hear noises from the apartment above yours and next to yours."

"My apartment is spacious, airy, filled with light, and has all the upscale amenities and finishes that one would expect in this level of luxury home. Ashley and Susan of the Lofts management are amazingly friendly and helpful; it is clear they are not simply focused on renting units, but are genuinely interested in the well-being and happiness of the residents. Repairs are made at warp-speed by equally friendly and incredibly competent maintenance people. My cat hates everyone, but he loves Sadat, the head technician on staff. When I moved in my plan was to stay a year and then purchase a house. But three years later, life here is so easy and comfortable that I have no incentive to leave. It is my home. If you are lucky enough to be able to find an available unit, grab it as fast as you can!"

"Renter Beware: Moved in to an apartment at Hatboro Lofts with older/torn carpets, we had a dog so didn't complain. The roof leaked severely for almost the entire time we lived there (three years). When we moved out we thoroughly cleaned the carpets, they were in better shape than when we moved in. Yet they still had the audacity to charge us for all new carpets - they really took advantage of us, blaming our dog for the need for new carpets. I guess living with buckets to catch roof leaks are part of the "charm" of Hatboro Lofts. What a rip off!!!"

"Beautiful apartments...kind, caring and responsive staff and friendly neighbors! Theyre loft apartments and everything is exposed so yes, you may hear your neighbors but Ive lived here for a year and I love it here!"
