"These apartments are located in a good area, unfortunately they have raised the rent very high and it is not worth it because they do not maintain them unless the tenants leave. And they give you a pass to rent them again, at least if it were in good condition it would be worth paying what they charge for rent."
"To begin with, the deposits are a blatant theft, they never give it back to you, when something is damaged, call it air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, they never repair it, and all services are charged. They want every tenant to move every year to steal their deposit. They are legal thieves. I will never live there again."
