"Poonam in the leasing office is fantastic! She aways quickly and kindly helps with any issues that I have had (not many!). Obviously not the most updated apartments, but it is quiet and friendly & has been a fantastic home for the past 2 years."

"The office Management Group makes this place 5 stars. Poonam worked tirelessly with me to help me find the perfect apartment within the complex. I am beyond happy with the customer service and how truly great she's been to myself and my friend who also moved into the same complex. Poonam is truly a gem! Maintenance is also great, super quick to resolve matters and make sure everything is working and in good condition. Thank you Washington Gardens for making me feel like family !"

"Some of my personal opinions as a guest of this complex over several years. Pros: The location of this complex is great as it is set back off the main road and quiet. Maintenance staff is wonderful in communicating and getting things done within their means. Cons: Old windows and doors so curtains are needed and definitely need to stuff the windows in the winter due to the drafts. Get a space heater. No bathroom fans. Lease says no smoking inside but people still smoke inside even when residents complain. I only hope that the management company would see this and actually do something as it is a fire hazard. As of this year they are charging water and sewer fees. The fees for 1 person are more than a single family residence pays per quarter. Overall as a guest looking in, it's a decent place to temporarily live in and then leave."
