"I lived here for 2 years and when I tell you it was an amazing experience, I truly mean it. I was probably one of the more annoying tenants as my job demanded a ton of packages to be delivered, pallets, you name it. It was never an issue. They made sure my stuff was safe and even kept it locked away until I was able to get it. More than that, Carolyn and the maintenance staff were essentially friends. Always asking me how my day was and genuinely interested in what I had to say. It was a pleasure getting to know these people and I would recommend anyone looking to move into a new place to choose this location. Fair pricing, amazing staff, outstanding all around. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for these people and the way it is managed. Thank you guys for all you do!"

"Park Hill is hands down the best apartment complex I have lived in so far. My boyfriend and I moved into Park Hill in October 2020 and unfortunately had to move recently due to a job change and we are so sad that we had to leave because Park Hill is truly great! Our apartment was in great condition upon moving and was very affordable. The kitchens are updated and beautiful and the windows are HUGE which allows a lot of natural sunlight to brighten up your apartment. The apartment itself is not the biggest but it’s cozy and was perfect for us and our cat. The grounds are always kept in great condition, parking is never an issue, and all of the neighbors we met were so friendly. Overall a quiet, pleasant place to live. The shining star of Park Hill though is Carolyn, the wonderful property manager/landlady. She truly made our experience living there feel like a real home and has always been welcoming, kind, and a great person to chat with! She always helped us with any concerns or issues we had and works so hard to to make everyone happy at Park Hill. We really felt comfortable and like we were in great hands. If you are in need of a new place to live, do not overlook this gem!!"

"We moved into the apartment in May of this year and so far it's fab. We were able to bring our service dog with us and the apartment is big for a 1 bedroom and not that much money monthly. The apartment is full of light and our view is in the direction of the Delaware Water Gap. The property manager is on the property 5 days a week and she's wonderful. The caretakers take care of everything and the residents are welcoming. Would recommend this building to anyone who needs a descent place to stay in NJ."
