"It has surpassed my expectations. I have lived in apartments before and it was nothing like this. The grounds are so beautiful, everyone is friendly and respectful, and there are tons of things to do nearby. I love it here!"
"I been here four months and I love it. Pool is kept immaculate along with restrooms and very nice lifeguards on duty at all time. Halls and laundry rooms cleaned weekly. Office staff and maintenance are very accommodating. Nice neighbors everyone gets along. Peaceful community"
"We have been living here for the past year and just renewed our lease. Honestly no complaints, the grounds are always kept clean and maintenance requests are easily and quickly fulfilled."
"Great place. Very helpful staff, really a pleasure to work with during the leasing process and they really helped me out. You get a thoughtful welcome gift bag also. the place is very clean. The grounds are well maintained and there are great amenities here like playgrounds, nice areas for walks, bbq grills, a fitness center, a pool and community room. The laundry room is great because you don’t need cash and you can use an app on your phone to run the machines and see how much time is left on your wash. The complex is located in a great area close to shopping of all kinds, restaurants, grocery stores, urgent care, etc. I am very happy to be here."
"They should be ashamed of themselves. I can only imagine how a place like this could prey on more vulnerable folks. My mom is looking for an apartment. We went and decided it was a nice enough place and disclosed she wanted a 6 month to potentially 12 month lease. We confirmed which apartment she wanted and worked with the staff (Nicole) on next steps. She said she would send us the necessary paperwork but it wouldn't be til the morning to run the background check, etc ($75 dollars). No problem. The next morning, we get the email, they took the $75 and ran the check and told my mom she was approved but the apartment was no longer available, it had been rented "Sunday night". So they took the (non-refundable) application fee to run the credit check for an apartment they knew they no longer had. On top of this, they had another apartment, similar in size and price (90 dollars more) that she could take. She agreed then was told that without an 18 month lease, she would need to pay $350 more monthly, so another unethical business practice. Our first conversation was discussing a 6 month lease and there was no mention of differing prices based on term. None of this is a surprise but all hidden until the money was paid. My mom isn't in that dire of a situation but my heart breaks for those that get taken advantage of with different background circumstances. We steered far clear of this place and I wish I could shout this from a rooftop for the next person. Don't trust them."
