"Maintenance has been ineffective at fixing our issues. I have had a leak in my bathroom ceiling for several months with no solution and we did not have a working fridge for several days and the staff repeated tell me they cant help because of "more important issues". When my room lost power maintenance was able to restore power at the cost of breaking one of my outlets. I had to fix myself. Also washing machines have been broken more often then not. Edit: overall the experience was not terrible but definitely had some issues. The maintenance crew are very nice people but they were not always helpful. Rent has gone up by 30% over two years. The best selling point for this place is the convenient location to supermarkets and stores."

"The property has installed new air conditioner in the bedroom, they are polite, installed quickly and cleaned my room very well. I feel the management is reliable."

"Staff is incredibly nice, hospitable and accommodating! What I like most about park at westminster is the concrete floors between levels. No creaky wood flooring or stomping. Most of the floor area is covered by rugs, so don't really hear footsteps (unless someone is dancing in high-heels). I never hear my neighbors to the side of me. All my neighbors are nice. I moved here partially for the added layer of security. Corridors and stairwell external doors remain locked. Staff keeps the common areas very clean. Lots of space to park your car."

"Where do I even start? My boyfriend and I were shown this apartment towards the end of February and loved what we were shown here, we were supposed to move in 4/23 and were promised an upgraded apartment, and when receiving the keys the day before we were to move in we saw it looked worse than what we were shown. The layout was completely different, the lock to enter the building is broken and apparently has been for the last 3 years. Upon meeting a current resident, there are apparently mice everywhere and they put “bandaids” on things that need to be fixed. The closet door in the bedroom of where we would have lived was also broken off and wasn’t even the proper size. As well as the trash chute apparently is never cleaned and smells up the whole place. Thank goodness we did not go through with moving in."

"We moved into The Park at Westminster a few months ago. The gardens on the property are kept beautifully. The pool (now closed for the season) is always clean and a pleasant place to spend hours. Finally, I can't say enough good things about the office and maintenance staff!! Is everything perfect? No, but those imperfections are so minor that they don't warrant mentioning."
