Lindenwood Apartments

"I lived here for 2 years. With this place being my first apartment it was nice but management and parking is horrible. If you don’t have an assigned parking spot you can’t use the lot. For some reason I was never assigned a parking spot no matter how many times I called about it. My car was towed multiple times & I’m drowning in tickets from parking on the street overnight."

"I've been trying to contact this property for almost a week. A definite tenant of interest in their 2 bedrooms 2 baths and getting no response back from anyone, not even from The McKee Group. One would think they're priorities would be to get business, even if it could be later on down the road if nothing is available now.. But jeez, it's like they don't care. If they don't care about potential tenants, one could assume with great confidence that they couldn't care less about active tenants. Their lack of response is a huge red flag to me."

"If you can avoid living here please do. Nothing about this place is good. Management is terrible and poorly organized. There's never anyone in the leasing office and if there is they won't answer the phone. You can try and physically go over to the office but they won't answer the door. There has been multiple times and even some emergency situations where I needed assistance and they failed to return calls and emails. It's really a shame and not fair to tenants who are paying rent every month. Do not bother visiting this place you can easily find better elsewhere."

"Management is terrible, apartments are overpriced, nothing to show for that amount just your apartment, no gym, no pool, washer and dryer are from the 80’s and never work properly.. your rent is never a set price, energy bill is completely out of your hand and there’s no one to talk too because they made everything online only. Management sits in their office and lock the door, and will never open it. when they do talk to you they’re extremely rude. They shut the water off in the entire apartment complex for hours without warning. You will never get anyone to answer your phone calls or speak to you.. upper management use COVID-19 as a excuse not to do their job or talk to anyone..to top it off I have a mouse problem and my apartment is spotless, how? Honestly can’t wait to leave."

"These reviews are from old management so dont be fooled. It has bugs(some of which are the biggest i have ever seen) some people have mice problems(but you cant have a cat) Management wants to know ALL of your business and if you have a car you have to give them your insurance information...HUH??...or the will tow away your vehicle even if it is your assigned parking spot. they almost do no repairs make sure you have a new carpet because we didnt and it was an epic mistake. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS .......they come in your home without your prior knowledge.so if you can manage through all of this,then Lindenwood is for you. btw sometimes they accidently charge you for fees ..."
