"broke my window and did not tell me when they were painting the outside of the building. They also broke my window shade and did not tell me. I had to contact them for both and found shards of glass on my floor. They also dripped paint all over my rug and desk. There was mold in the exercise area that they just painted over. They are unresponsive when I called for over two months to have maintenance done. They also tried to show my apartment without telling me since they were on the wrong side of the building and opened the door without knocking while I was home. Maintenance is barley there and when they are I have seen them smoking inside. I also had mail stolen so people had access to the building who should not have."

"The other reviews that I have seen here, all very bad, are from two years ago, a couple from a year ago . I'm not sure what changed, but none, repeat NONE of those criticisms are true of the building I am currently living in, 4605 Chester Ave., Philadelphia. I understand that the building is rather old, but was recently refurbished, and it is in excellent shape as far as I can tell. I have seen no rodents, no mold, and very few insects. Management is generally responsive, though there's one dryer in the laundry room that still hasn't been fixed. I wish they had recycling, but that's about the limit of my issues."

"The worst management company I've had the experience of dealing with. Very horrible Operations management, terrible policies as far as getting perspective tenants with the existing tenants in mind. The hallways are filthy so if you want a clean space to come home to cover your mouth and nose till you get in your apartment. The apartment building has gotten worst since we moved. We have dealt with every type of pest here mice, roaches, bed bugs. We would never recommend any of there buildings for rent."

"Business abuses elderly Bricks (ZanderCo) extorted 3400$ from my grandfather after my grandmother passed, staff nasty and surly on phone. Roaches throughout building, mold, and massive water leak causing damage through several apartments. One month later still not fixed."

"A terrible place to live and give your hard earned money to. They do not care for their tenants at all. First of all, the desk lady is rude and just as flaky as her several accents. She is a unprofessionally great representative for their company.They tried to evict my unit while I was pregnant during a snow storm. They have a case to come with various renters as I look over their reviews. They don’t even pay their water bill. We as the tenants received a noticed that our landlord was not paying the water bill for months. They are very sneaky and will try to charge you up in fees. Don’t be fooled by their company’s name change or various locations. It is all going to the same rude office. This is not their new office location just to mention, it is 222 S Manoa Rd Havertown, Rd"
