"This place is really horrible! Please don’t move here this building have an infestation with roaches and bed bugs and mice the mice was all in the stove on counters and all in the cabinets eating food their dropping were everywhere they made a nest in the cabinets! They have mold all in the bathroom they don’t fix the problem also bad pipes so there’s a lot of ceiling leaks they also coat the tub with paint to hide damages . Weird odors in the hallways and other tenants steal packages Broken washer and dryer this place is really bad . Homeless people were sleeping in the lobby , back door of this building is always open that’s not safe at all . One day I using the elevator and I notice blood was on one of the buttons and no one never cleaned it , it dried up"

"This place is despicable. My mother is mentally disabled black woman and they evicted her. They ignored the ADA AMERICAN Disability Act, was discriminatory regarding her race and attempted to demean her and embarrass her. I don’t tolerate that. This is out of line and is against a federal Law. They are terrible realities and they have not been accommodative due to the pandemic. I would not suggest you rent with this company unless you want to be treated like scum. They would stalk her apartment and exhibit poor professional boundaries by way of harassing her knowing she is weak.Don’t be another victim of these monstrous barbarians."

"I've lived there for a year and the heat doesn't work it's been off for 3 months .I have a 2 year old and I asked them to fix it and they say they do but it's 30 degrees in my house for months straight and I've been nice and I can't let my child suffer ,because they don't want to spend the money to fix the building .if they offer heat and water and electricity if they can't maintain the building ."
