"Apartments are trash and the management team is the worst. I do not recommend Riverwood Management as a whole. The property manager doesn't respond to your needs in a timely manner. The building it falling apart, and there is no accessible laundry room for my building. I'm giving them 1 star because I had to leave at leas 1. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"There is a rodent problem trash everywhere, loud music every night. Ceiling is cracked and this was a newly renovated apartment. The parking is atrocious and they rent to section 8 tenants all the time! The people they're renting too aren't vetted they loud and leave trash everywhere up all night kids screaming. It's horrible I pay with my working money no assistance and can't have peace and quiet. The owners are money hungry and just rent to whoever, fix the apts up haphazardly it's a headache don't even bother."

"PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. If I could do 0 stars, I would. Sadly this beautiful building is nothing but filth, rodents, mold, and loud neighbors. The management is Absent. They do not respond to work orders. Your ceilings will leak, you will see mice and roaches, the laundry facility hasn’t worked in over 2 years and the neighbors like to litter. This was by far the worst living experience of my life. These Jewish owners do not care for the black community. It’s very sad but true."

"Don't listen to the "under new management" comments they put on here. I lived here for a year and left as soon as I could. There are constantly roaches and mice. When calling the office about it they didn't seem to care. Linda at the office always had an attitude until it neared the end of the lease then she changed like she was a new person. Make sure to keep your rent payment receipts for this place. Every month was another argument with Linda over "unpaid rent" even when I had the receipts to prove it was paid. At the start of the lease my shower broke. It took them three months to fix it only for it to beak again. This was supposed to be an exciting experience of moving out for the fist time and it was ruined."
