"I called asking for information and the lady on the phone told me with an attitude that I would have to apply for an application to get any information. Very rude people will not be applying here."
"So yesterday my hot water stop working .so they came out to check it and had a plumber out to check it he said he had to order a piece to fix it so it won't be in until Monday. So now me and my 2 disabled children has to go without water till than do u know these people had the nerve to tell me to boil water to wash dishes wouldn't even do accommodations like a hotel or a visa gift card for food so we are suppose to be dirty until Monday no showers no brushing our teeth no nothing these people are a poor excuse of making sure that they residence are okay smffh"
"I applied in the very beginning as soon as it came out on the news that we could start applying. I even paid a $25 application fee. I called and called and never got an answer back as to the status of my application. Recently got in touch and they couldn’t find my application and said there was nothing they could do. Both companies that have managed this property are very irresponsible. Pirhl and Monarch management group llc are a mess, not responsible, and take no accountability for their actions. So I wasted my time & an application fee that I won’t get refunded but oh let it be someone who owes any of these company money and we would have to cough up the money."
"I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for weeks now about my application status. The phone number listed doesn’t work not even to leave a message. Emailed them at least 10 times no answer. Had to call the neighborhood center and they told me there is someone at the office went there and to my disappointment there was nobody there. It’s hard to find a place and when I seen low income housing I was excited. It honestly feels like when they switched management it went down hill. Even called the old management office got a answer but not to my surprise they couldn’t help me."
"The floor plans and pictures that are provided looks like a nice place my children and I would be able to get back on our feet, I also think we can benefit from the services they will be offering. I applied like a little over two weeks ago. I called Mrs. G which is a very nice lady, to check the status of my application. She informed me applications are still being process and it goes by first comes first serve basis. I was very disappointed, my children and I have been applying for income base housing from Easton to Bethlehem for over 2 years and we’ve been place on waiting list after waiting list. I hope things will workout. I would still let someone know about the complex’s."
