Grand Eastonian Hotel & Suites

"Me and my S/O stayed in the Queen suite with a nice tub back in December 2023. It was great. No problems with the stay. We came back a month later (Jan 2024) in a king suite with a nice tub but it was horrible. We checked in late (around 9pm) and when we entered the room, there was no comforter on the bed! All that we had were two thin flat sheets. We called the front office but they said they couldn’t bring us any since the comforters were locked up and they didn’t have the key! Okay, we will make do. But the bed itself was terrible! It felt like someone had stuffed it with rocks. We are in our early 20’s but the next morning we felt like we were 90! The ceiling of that room was horrible too. Do NOT get room 405! It was a horrible horrible room and the bed should be burned. We told the front desk who offered nothing but her managers card. So we emailed the manager and have heard nothing back. We weren’t going to post a review if they would have just emailed us back."

"The room was lovely. It was a little odd to get to with no elevator access and a couple of flights of unconnected stairs, but it was a well appointed room. I checked in and 4 as I had dinner booked and tickets to see a show, but I needed to finish up some work later in the evening. I got comfortable, but when I looked for wifi the choice was either a non secure network or an ethernet cable. I had neither the ethernet cable (though you can get a loaner with a deposit at the front desk) or a port on my laptop, since it is 2023. Anyway, I had to get dressed and take the long drive home late in the night to make a deadline. The entire point of booking the room was to avoid the late and long drive and no discount was given. So cute hotel in nice location, but you have to be retired or truly on vacation."

"For the proximity to Crayola it's a 5 but... For the cost and the insufficient breakfast 3 stars.... Breakfast was awful! No flavor cereal and not hot food.... Coffee was nasty old water they kept in lot overnight. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Parking a little confusing but manageable. Not sure if we'd stay again. Didn't try the showers because they a little sketch."

"The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was okay. it could have been better. The location was great. There are a lot of things to do and great restaurants. The rooms were nice but the floor and shower were very dirty. I had to wear socks the whole time, and my socks were black and full of hair. It was gross."

"Our room was nothing like advertised. They must have used a filter to make them look nicer in the pics. The front desk guy was not friendly in any way. Temps were 77 during our stay but air conditioners had been turned off in the building due to it being October 1st. Our room was very hot and the window only opened 2 inches. Only half of our jets in the jetted tub worked. Definitely will not recommend or ever stay again. We were extremely disappointed in every way."
