"Office staff and the maintenance department are very respectful, diligent, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. When I have questions, they are answered very quickly. If there is a maintenance issue in my apartment, they are always rectified promptly. The properties and the grounds are cleaned regularly, and I feel very blessed to live here. Dawn & Veronica in the office and Randy & Luis from the maintenance department are AMAZING!!!"

"I moved to Rock Street Gardens last year coming from Kansas. I'd like to say from moving from everything I ever knew to a new place many states away, the staff made the move easy and comfortable, were willing to assist in any way allowed. The apartment has been great since our first day and any maintenance issues are taken care of so quick and thorough. It really seems the company puts the interest of their tenants at the top of the list. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"I love my apt. enjoyed working with my leasing agent Haneefah. Loved my upstairs neighbors then they left, then a new family moves in with a bunch of kids over my head when the office knew that I worked from home; no consideration at all, when there were other apts available for them to move into! Overall, complex and neighborhood is nice. Have a maintenence issue they are on top of it immediately. But hey, you never know what you will get in a neighbor!"

"I love it here. Management is super nice, professional and responsive. The area is quiet and I get along with all of my neighbors. The apartments are up to date with appliances and everything works perfectly. The rooms are a nice size perfect for my family of 3. The grounds are always maintained so coming home to beautiful landscape property is a hugh plus. Moving here is a win win in my book."

"I’ve lived her for a year now and I can say that there where some issues but we’re always fixed in a timely manner. I love that there is hardwood floors, new appliances when we moved in, and very spacious for my family of 3. My neighbors are awesome and the area is nice for if you have children, there is a park down the street. Also my parents used to live in these apartments back in the 90’s and it’s just nice to get back to my roots main reason I picked here plus the price good for what you are getting. I love it here and will probably be here for the next couple years."
